We deliver high-impact HR interventions and projects through our Fixed-Price Packages. Transparent pricing means we’re outcome-focused and budgeting is a cinch.

Our Fixed-Price Packages are put together based on what we know small employers often need. Our pricing reflects the value of our time and expertise, and we draw on resources that we have written and developed over time to ensure high-quality and useful outcomes for our clients. We usually deliver these packages on a project basis over a number of weeks or months, and they require a close working relationship from start to finish between us and our clients.

Package 1 | Suite of Employment Contracts | £1200 +VAT

Includes:

  • Analysis of current Contractual arrangements if any
  • Drafting of comprehensive new Contracts specific to business need to include existing contractual matters, Fixed-Term clauses and Apprenticeship Agreements
  • Amendment to Contract templates and Probationary Review forms
  • Development of go-live plan for new Contracts

Ideal for businesses that:

  • Have had minimal or no formal arrangements for Employment Contracts historically
  • Have not reviewed existing Employment Contracts within the last 3 years

Package 2 | Core HR Policies and Procedures | £1800 +VAT

Includes:

  • A review of existing Policies and Procedures for Contractual matters

Package 4 | HR Documents and Processes Check | £600 +VAT

  • A meeting with you to discuss and agree the scope of the HR Documents and Processes Check
  • A review of up to 12 existing HR Policies and Procedures, current Establishment Control and Pre-Employment Processes, and HR Information Management Processes
  • Provision of a written report outlining areas where action is required for compliance; areas where practice is adequate; areas where practice is good, and overall recommendations

  • Provision of a 2-hour training session on good Recruitment and Selection Practice for up to 8 recruiting managers
  • Provision of a 1-hour training session on pre-employment checks for up to 3 administration staff

Also includes drafting and support for rollout of:

  • Organisation-specific templates for Job Descriptions, Person Specifications, Shortlisting, Interview Planning, Interview record-keeping and scoring, recording of 'model' answers, record-keeping for additional assessments
  • An organisation-specific template for a Conditional Offer of Employment

  • Organisation-specific templates for 1-1 meetings between staff and managers
  • A training matrix to be used for individuals, teams and the organisation

Package 8 | Pay and Reward Strategy | £1000 +VAT

Package 9 | Scheme of Delegation / Establishment Control | £800 +VAT

  • Provision of a 1-hour training session on Establishment Control Forms for up to 8 line managers and administration staff

Package 10 | Independent Investigation | From £1500 +VAT

Includes:

  1. Work with the client to identify the scope of the investigation according to the Disciplinary, Grievance or other HR Policies and Procedures
  2. Planning and completion of the investigation either with, or independently of in-house line managers depending upon client requirements
  3. All administration including contact with participants, meeting arrangements, production of notes, production of final report and copies if needed
  4. Provision of an investigation report and appendices confirming scope, methods, findings, conclusions, recommendations and appendices
  5. Provision of a short management report highlighting any key issues / concerns that may have been identified but are outside of the scope of the investigation itself
