We know that employers’ responsibilities change from time to time. Our clients often have a Director with a ‘people’ portfolio, and skilled operational managers. They sometimes want to check that they’re doing the right thing when it comes to staff.
We reassure clients where their employment practice is good. We help to focus client resources on specific areas where documents, processes or management skills will help. Where there’s a need for new Employment Contracts, or HR Policies and Procedures, we tailor these precisely. And it’s not just about the documents; we provide the time and advice that’s needed to go live.

Some of our clients have skilled operational managers but are too small for in-house HR. Some are bigger and only need a helping hand with HR from time to time. Others just want to access our specialist HR skills to reach a specific outcome as-and-when they need.
We’re always happy to discuss bespoke HR support with clients. We can ensure they have a go-to HR Consultant as needed. We work on time-limited projects too, like tricky investigations, or developing workforce strategies such as pay and reward, and employee wellbeing.
